Senior Medical Assistant

In this dynamic role, you will coordinate a wide range of patient care services, including :

• Scheduling new patient visits, follow-up appointments, treatments, and diagnostic testing
• Completing insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate medical records
• Reconciling billing concerns and supporting smooth financial workflows
• Managing multiple phone lines, triaging calls, and ensuring timely communication
