Responsible for scanning, routing and linking documents PerceptiveContent file system by following the established guidelines and rules. Understand and follow the Bureau and Sections filing systems. File documents after scanned in chronological order by project code and file category in correct site files according to bureau procedures. Responsible for routine file maintenance. Prepare new site file folders, accordion files, folder labels, and color-bands. QA / QC performed daily on all documents after they are scanned and linked into the PerceptiveContent system. As a backup, process incoming and outgoing mail twice daily. Scan all incoming mail and outgoing site file copies. Prepare attendance log and update attendance board daily.
