Job descriptionActive BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state) Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Status as a Safety Care Specialist (to be obtained) Reliable transportation Previous ABA Experience Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services Conducting initial assessments, progress assessments, and writing detailed reports Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans for lasting success Supervising and training Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians Providing support and guidance to families on managing behaviors Conducting functional assessments when necessary Reviewing effectiveness and monitoring client progress

Salary Range : $85,000-$115,000+ with additional bonus potential!
