What You'll Do :

Administer IV Therapy : Start IVs, monitor treatments, and ensure safe, effective care.

Lead and Train Your Team : Hire, develop, and mentor staff , creating a positive, growth-focused environment.

Ensure Quality and Compliance : Maintain regulatory standards and promote safety and professionalism.

Inspire and Educate : Provide training to staff and educate clients on wellness therapies and nutritional health.

Manage Performance : Set goals , monitor progress, and provide feedback to build a high-performing team.

Stay Current : Keep up with the latest trends in IV therapy and holistic health practices.

Who You Are :

Passionate About Holistic Wellness : Excited to be part of a natural health mission.

Experienced and Licensed : RN (Associate's Degree) or Paramedic with 2+ years of IV therapy and leadership experience.

Tech-Savvy and Organized : Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Detail-Oriented Problem Solver : Able to multi-task and keep operations running smoothly.

Physical & Mental Requirements :

Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs assisted.

Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.

Think critically and communicate effectively.
