Clinic Director
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Clinic Director for our healthcare client located in North Central Phoenix. This position will be a contract-to-hire position and 100% onsite.
This position will oversee all aspect of the clinic operations including budgeting, performance management and development, ensuring efficient revenue cycle processes, patient / provider interactions, and general oversight of the clinic functions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree strongly desired
Minimum 5 years operational clinic management experience
Must have proven leadership skills overseeing a multi-care specialty
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to develop and grow individuals at any level of experience
Can work well within multiple software systems
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks throughout the day
Pay Details : $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
