Description
A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking a full-time exempt PreDoc Clinic Manager on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic.
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient scheduling, ensuring optimal appointment flow.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and institutional regulations.
- Conduct routine audits and quality control checks to maintain accreditation standards.
- Address and resolve patient concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Manage staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Assist with financial reporting and revenue cycle management.
- Monitor billing, insurance claims, and patient accounts in coordination with the finance team.
- Generate reports on clinic performance, patient flow, and revenue metrics.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, students, faculty, and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
