REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Board Status: Board Certified in General Dentistry
State License: CA License required or in process
Experience: Experienced / mid-career dentists preferred; experience in a community clinic, rural hospital, or FQHC setting; no gaps in work history
Credentialing Timeline: ASAP / Expedited
Other Qualifications: Spanish speaking highly preferred; interest in future leadership role

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse patient population, primarily children aged 0-20, patients with special needs, and pregnant women.
Perform new patient exams, cleanings, X-rays, simple extractions, and other general dentistry procedures.
Participate in mobile dental clinic rotations, providing care at elementary schools and high-need sites throughout Sonoma County.
Collaborate with a team of dentists, hygienists, and office staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the Epic EMR system.
