Key Responsibilities Perform and review monthly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations for accurate financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports to track financial performance Ensure compliance with GAAP and support audit requests and internal control processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit Prior experience in healthcare accounting is preferred Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred
