Schedule : 4 10 hour days, M-Th. Full Time.
Rate : $45 / hr
PURPOSE OF POSITION : The Clinic RN - is responsible for providing clinical, administrative, and facility support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. This position supports providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care, clinic maintenance, and communication with other Ideal Option departments. The Clinic RN will provide clinical and non-clinical support as needed and directed by the organization.
Requirements :
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The following functions have been determined by Ideal Option to be essential to the successful performance of this position which include but are not limited to :
- Administrative tasks to support efficient clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients
- Obtain required documentation and releases
- Collection of copays as indicated by patient ins urance
- Responsible for the security of in-clinic funds, and bank deposits
- Provide clinical support within the scope of the Clinic RN role
- Phlebotomy
- Urine collection (in special circumstances as direct by provider)
- Accurate collection and recording of vital signs
- Medication reconciliation
- Observed dosing
- Administration of injections
- Assist patients with questions regarding their plan of care and provide education as appropriate
- Provide Case Management support to patients in need of SDOH resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assist patients in their recovery
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
- Responsible for ensuring adequate stock of supplies, completing inventory, and orders as needed
- Complies with national PHI laws including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
- Maintains punctual and reliable attendance in compliance with the Ideal Option policy
- Works cooperatively to ensure the success of their team by providing support and training as appropriate
- Maintain consistent and regular communication with team members across multiple platforms
- Dynamic responsibilities, including potential needs for :
- Community outreach
- Clinic development
- Nurse care team after-hours and weekend call support
- Other projects as needed
