What to expect.

We are seeking a licensed social worker or counselor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient mental health center. Our center offers a wide array of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. This dual-role position not only involves management duties but also direct care with the Director providing therapy 50% of the time . Specific responsibilities include :

• Providing leadership and crisis management while driving program growth and success.
• Supervising treatment teams and program support staff ensuring efficient and effective operations .
• Overseeing clinical and administrative staff providing leadership and training to ensure excellent clinical care customer services and compliance.
• Coordinating workflows with other Sheppard Pratt clinics focusing on standardization of operations and change management .
• Ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements CARF regulations and business workflows.
• Providing individual family and group therapy to clients as part of a collaborative treatment plan 50% of the time.

Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C)

The pay range for this position is $90000 minimum to $100000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience.
