Job Summary
At Adero, our Sales Coordinator plays a critical supporting role in the hotel's revenue generation efforts by assisting the Sales and Catering teams with client-facing, and operational functions. This individual is responsible for a variety of administrative, clerical, and guest service functions that ensure smooth, organized, and efficient operation. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in hotel operations such as Front Desk, Catering, or Sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver exceptional guest and client experiences.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in documents processing, maintaining client communication, assisting with site inspections, collaborating in event logistics coordination, and supporting the sales team in achieving departmental goals. A detail-oriented, organized, and guest-focused mindset is essential.

Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive hotel experience in Front Desk, Catering, or Sales preferred.
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Delphi.fdc, Opera, or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsSkills and Abilities.
