The Clinical Director (CD) provides clinical oversight to ABA services within a center, supports a small caseload, and offers ongoing mentorship to BCBAs. The CD is a key member of the Center Leadership Team, delivering clinical mentorship and training with exemplary clinical, leadership, interpersonal, and mentorship skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide program oversight for a small patient caseload, conduct behavioral and skills assessments as required, and develop behavior intervention and treatment plans.
- Complete evaluations, train and supervise RBTs and students, and ensure supervision hours meet BACB requirements.
- Build and maintain positive family relationships, conduct family guidance sessions, and review progress with caregivers.
- Offer BCBA mentorship, monitor clinical program progress, and support clinical performance through documentation, feedback, and training.
- Act as a liaison for clinical reviews, supervise treatment plan implementation, and evaluate BCBA performance.
- Provide center leadership, communicate with the Center Manager, and assist in staffing and clinical KPI reporting.

Supervisory Responsibility
Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and students, ensuring clinical competence and performance standards.
Position Details
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings / weekends.
