General Summary : Mindful and Modern ABA Therapies is built on the promise of providing quality behavior analytic care and treatment applying Montessori philosophies. We offer an interdisciplinary approach to evidence-based, naturalistic interventions for young children with autism in a beautiful Montessori environment. We believe that all children are deserving of intervention of the highest quality despite social, economic or ethnic background. 360 care includes scientifically based ABA intervention, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and certified Montessori practitioners in a totally inclusive environment.
Job Overview :
The Clinical Director guides the operational and clinical excellence of a center. This role includes oversight of all components surrounding clinical quality of care; including implementation, day-to-day oversight of key workflows on behalf of Mindful and Modern ABA, providing strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, leadership, and coaching to center leaders to accomplish organizational objectives, including but not limited to clinical quality, compliance, revenue, client satisfaction, business development and growth objectives. The Clinical Director is also the ambassador for the Montessori programs, ensuring that there is continued and effective collaboration between ABA services and Montessori schooling.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Guiding, organizing, and monitoring the operations and clinical services provided in market, overseeing all centers within the Indiana market; ensuring the efficiency, stability and the highest level of quality service is consistent enterprise-wide
- Leading and managing clinical and operational projections for all centers, which includes training center leadership’s competency in these areas,
- Reviews and communicates all necessary documentation to assist with efficient operational management, such as productivity, client onboarding timelines, and staffing needs
- Ensure Mindful and Modern ABA is providing the highest quality of clinical services and client care through the delivery of clinical initiatives and ongoing clinical support, especially in the areas of direction, family guidance, and RBT supervision
- Support staff retention by ensuring a high level of engagement and a focus on positive career progression for individuals at all levels by developing then reviewing career progression opportunities for all direct reports, and auditing the reviews and career progression of center staff regularly
- Participating in the interviewing process for new center leadership, including selection, hiring, and onboarding, with a focus on internal promotion where at all plausible
- Oversight of assessment pipeline, recruiting pipeline, and the utilization of hours and census limits to ensure centers achieve growth and productivity targets
- Taking an active leadership role in planning and executing development of new centers as directed, with on-going support as needed
- Maintaining a safe and professional environment in the facilities and mitigating any potential risks, hazards, and nuisances
- Championing good communication processes and habits throughout centers / organization, so that flow of information is consistent and timely
- Review and act on data relative to the status of clinical quality and compliance levels, remediation plans, recommendations and trends analysis that allows the business to meet clinical and compliance standards
- Participating in the creation and implementation of company policies and procedures, processes, benefits, and organizational structure while ensuring compliance with any relevant policies / procedures / governing boards, including but not limited to the BACB, state and federal regulatory requirements, and payor requirements
- Maintains a small caseload (up to 3 clients) as needed depending on operational and staffing needs
- Supports and follows all supervision requirements relating to staff credentials, or client authorization requirements
- Assists with the intake process for new clients, including submission of authorization requests, scheduling and completing initial assessments, and the writing / submitting of treatment plan reports
- Create / Complete any necessary staff trainings, support the onboarding training of new staff
- Supports HR in any hiring needs, including scheduling / conducting interviews
- Supports center operations as needed, including any necessary job details specific to the Operations Manager or Assistant Clinical Director roles
