Now Hiring : Foster Care Clinical Coordinator

Location(s) : Monterey Park, CA 91754 and Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

We are currently looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our Foster Care Team. As the Clinical Coordinator, you will work closely with all of our Southern California offices in ensuring the overall quality of the treatment program for foster youth placed with Trinity. This position will be overseeing both our Rancho Cucamonga and Monterey Park foster care offices. This position will include some driving with mileage reimbursement. Specific training regarding the requirements of the contracts will be provided.

• The Clinical Coordinator will oversee the intake, discharge and on-going treatment of the youth and their families.
• Oversee the caseloads of the Therapists and ensure that the clinical treatment interventions are appropriate and adequate. Oversee and support the clinical team and coach / collaborate to ensure interventions are adequate and appropriate.
• Provide individual and group supervision for the Associate Therapists, including reviewing and co-signing of case notes, and other required clinical documentation.
• Coordinate specialized therapy groups as needed.
• Represent the agency at IEP meetings and CFT meetings, as needed.
• Ongoing training for DMH requirements will be provided.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and program policies. Program implementation (ISFC, TFC, etc.) to ensure the program meets the needs of foster youth and their families. Track and report on clinical outcomes.

Skills / Requirements :

Salary : $72,000 (unable to supervise interns), $75,000 (able to supervise interns).
