Lead Clinical Outpatient Services Counselor - Wake County

2,000 sign-on bonus!

As our full-time Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Lead Counselor, you will provide oversight and support to the IOP clinical team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and SouthLight organizational guidelines. This role has many elements, including strategic growth of the program, assurance of quality and clinical service provision, direct member care, administrative oversight, and development and management of staff.

You will work closely with Wake County service providers, our Intake and Administration team, and other internal programs to best support the clinical team and its members. This role creates an exciting opportunity to build partnerships in the community and collaborate with other organizations in an effort to establish an efficient program. You will lead groups and conduct assessments in an abbreviated capacity to allow time for oversight and support of IOP clinicians - we believe in a well-balanced work flow!

59,000 + per year, based on credentials.

We will provide a monthly reimbursement of up to $200 (full-time) or $100 (part-time) to each associate level clinician electing this benefit for no more than 2 years, or until licensure is completed, whichever is first. Licensures eligible to receive this benefit include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC.
