Job Summary
Working on site, the Payroll / HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in the HR department by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and utilization of HR-related data within ADP Workforce Now and other systems. This role is responsible for working with various HR systems and databases to collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics and trends, and also to ensure that we optimize use and efficiency in ADP Workforce Now. This role also plays an important part of the company’s weekly payroll process. The Payroll / HRIS Analyst collaborates with HR stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance overall HR processes.
Essential Job Functions
Payroll Support :
- Serve as the primary backup for processing weekly payroll. Be prepared to take on full responsibility for processing weekly payroll in the future.
- Work with supervisors and plant HR teams to finalize weekly timecards, to include clearing timecard exceptions and ensure that all paid time off is accurately accounted for.
- Run payroll reports as needed.
