Responsibilities

Position Summary : Provides clerical and office management assistance for the daily operations of the Partial Program. Assists the Director of Outpatient Services to ensure that the overall needs of patients, physicians, and program staff are being met in an organized and timely fashion. The Clinical Assistant will also function in the role of the Driver / Mental Health Worker to provide additional backup and support.

• Tracks and communicates daily census for billing including discharge documentation and discrepancies.
• Prepares and posts the daily groups, treatment team meetings, therapists’ schedules and Physician List.
• Maintains inventory of all supplies and equipment, restock as needed.
• Monitors and maintains patient attendance
• Maintains arrival / departure records as well as group, individual and family therapy sessions for billing.
• Schedules assessments for all new admits and reviews Lab Corp account for accuracy.
• Coordinates and assists with transportation needs as appropriate.
• Maintains organization and efficiency of the Main PHP office.
• Trains and coordinates work assignments of the MHW’s.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Outpatient Services.
