As the Clinical Manager, you will work one-on-one with clients to create customized care that will be delivered by your nursing and aide staff. The administrative component of this job consists of internal case management, start of cares and supervisory visits, and aide orientation and ongoing trainings. The field-based aspect of this position allows you to spend quality time with field staff in client homes providing professional guidance.

Responsibilities
- Perform case management including but not limited to initial intake communications, management of authorizations, communication with referral sources, oversight, and coordination of care for all skilled and non-skilled disciplines.
- Supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations.
- Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with nursing principles and agency policy and procedures. Train and mentor field clinicians and aides.
- Ensure services are compliant with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Pay range : $67,000 - $73,000 per year
