Job Description
Responsibilities
The Canyon at Santa Monica is a team of compassionate professionals whose mission is to create an environment of healing and transformation for each client seeking change. The Canyon provides the highest quality care throughout the entire process of treatment. We combine treatment for the mind, body, and spirit in a holistic therapeutic method. Our integrative, psychodynamic approach combines physical, psychological, spiritual, and science-based approaches.
The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the supervision of the clinical staff. He / she consults with the CEO, Medical Director, and Utilization Review Department as needed. The Clinical Program Director maintains close communication with the clinical staff, provides any information relevant to the program’s clinical operation, and assists in developing and modifying the clinical aspect of the program. He / she monitors documentation by the clinical staff to ensure that documentation is maintained at the highest level and is responsible to provide -hour management of the clinical function of the facility. The Clinical Program Director is responsible for ensuring that the programs protect the rights and confidentiality of all patients and provides each client with the required clinical care.
