Summary :
Responsible for overseeing and directing the management of measurement validity, data accuracy, patient safety, clinical best practices, regulatory initiatives, and data submissions. Leads efforts to promote cost savings with government incentives for pay-for-reporting funds at risk by proactively identifying areas for improvement, managing regulatory initiatives, quarterly CMS validations and projects, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques, analyzing and reporting key metrics, and communicating continuous improvement activities. Oversees training team members to accomplish the same. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory and best practice initiatives.
Responsibilities :
1. Develops continuous improvement strategies by translating business objectives into actionable projects. Communicates and exemplifies the company's continuous improvement philosophy, vision and expectations. Shares continuous improvement and regulatory best practices throughout the organization. Acts as a Continuous Improvement business partner to all departments and levels, challenging processes, proposing ideas and driving change. Acts as a change agent around continuous improvement opportunities, best practices, and regulatory initiatives. Develops employee training and development on regulatory concepts and best practice initiatives. Develops a regulatory and best practice culture throughout the location. Prepares regulatory savings budget and coordinates / executes actions to reach targets. Identifies quality improvement opportunities. Looks for opportunities to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Designs and leads projects to implement continuous improvement actions and achieve future state. Tracks and executes cost reduction on process improvements and regulatory compliance. Leads organizational efforts in staying current with all pay for reporting programs, government regulations and improvement initiatives.

Understands the overall financial performance of the organization and applies financial concepts and practices to establish and maintain realistic budgets. Uses financial information to monitor overall financial status of operations. Responsible for CMS and TJC quality reporting submissions and clinical registry inventory and monitoring.
