Job Title : Clinical Director
Compensation : $170,000 + opportunities for quarterly bonus
Location : Lafayette, CA (hybrid)

You will oversee a team of contracted clinical consultants, including BCBAs, Psychiatrists, and Clinical Psychologists, ensuring best practices and continuous professional development. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for advancing CBEM's mission. You will be based in our Lafayette office and occasionally travel throughout California.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of licensed clinical consultants, fostering a culture of excellence in service delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Develop and implement training programs to advance staff expertise in mental health and developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance to enhance programs and ensure compliance.
- Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
