Job Summary
The Managing Clinical Director is responsible for : delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic.
Essential Responsibilities
Clinical resources, guidance, support and direction as a resource for providers
- Mentors and coach's provider staff in support of growth and development
- Leads by example following all systems, processes and protocols
- Delivers on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines
- Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
- Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
- Consistently meets and / or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
- Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
- Ensures 85% + booked clinic schedule
- Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances
- 3-5 years of aesthetic experience preferred
- Education Level : Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner credential
- Job Related / Industry Experience : Licensed to practice in state of designated clinic
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Requirements / Qualifications
Base salary range $100K + depending on experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay, potential annual compensation averages $180K to $210K as a top performer
