Description
Position Summary :
The Clinical Director oversees all clinical operations ensuring high-quality client care by developing individualized treatment plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, providing supervision, and maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards, all while actively participating in the clinical decision-making process and staying updated on current research and best practices in the field; essentially acting as the leader of the clinical team, responsible for both client outcomes and staff development.
Clinical Leadership :
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses.
- Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Nurse Practitioner, Dietician and Intake Team ensuring quality of service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate treatment and ensure effective communication.
