Job descriptionCurrent Registered Nurse license. Minimum Required Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Nursing. At least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably with a background in cardiac or cardiopulmonary care. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid before the start date, must be renewed every 60 days. Summary :
As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic medical / physician office setting. Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the organization’s policies, values, and mission to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans that are tailored to individual needs, maximizing resources for optimal results.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating across disciplines to facilitate seamless patient care, including transfers, discharges, and providing necessary support.
- Identify and address the educational needs of patients and their families, offering guidance that reflects their unique circumstances and backgrounds.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ancillary personnel and participate in mentoring student nurses and new staff.
- Employ critical thinking and decision-making skills, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
