Schedule : Full-time, 32–40 hours per week with varied shifts during clinic hours. Includes every other weekend and will float to 4 clinics in Overland Park.

Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Care LPN in Overland Park. This role supports providers in delivering accessible, high-quality, patient-centered care to the community. The LPN will assist with clinical procedures, vaccinations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB, etc.)
• Obtain and record vital signs accurately
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with the on-site provider
• Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
• Support daily clinic operations, including waiting room management, appointment scheduling, reminder calls, and chaperoning sensitive exams
• Prepare the clinic and waiting area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care to help people on their path to better health
