The Clinical Educator for the IHCare+ service line is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing education programs for Community Paramedics and other clinical staff. This role ensures compliance with certification standards, supports onboarding, and provides ongoing training to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory adherence. The Clinical Educator collaborates closely with clinical leadership and regional managers to drive performance and quality improvements.
