RN Clinical Educator

United Hebrew of New Rochelle is seeking a self-motivated and team-oriented nursing leader to assume the role of RN Clinical Educator. This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.

Some of your daily activities will include the development, implementation, and delivery of the nursing staff development programs including orientation, in-service education, continuing education, competencies, and nursing student experiences. You'll also assist with interviewing and hiring clinical staff.

Located within a professional, well-appointed skilled nursing facility, convenient to major highways and transportation options this position will have the opportunity to impact the results and outcomes of the facility, enjoy a quality of life in a professional and inviting setting, and be part of the team that leads the facility in achieving its clinical and operating objectives.

We are seeking experienced RNs with 5+ years of experience as an RN, with prior experience in an education management or similar leadership position strongly preferred. Experience working in a long-term care or post-acute setting a plus; BSN degree preferred. Experience working with RELIAS, a LMS (learning management system) highly preferred. Finally, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve desired results. BLS Certification and full vaccination against COVID-19 required.
