Job Description

CLINICAL THERAPIST

The Therapist will work collaboratively with our psychiatrist and other practitioners in outpatient settings, providing plans for therapeutic interventions and appropriate follow up care, implementing treatment plans, and coordination of the treatment process with appropriate team members.

This position is full time (40hs / week) and a hybrid TeleHealth / In office

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Recommending treatment plan and following treatment outcomes.
Active participation in case conferences and related team based meetings
Working with the clinical staff towards the integration of patient health with behavioral health
Providing client education on behavioral health issues and strategies for recovery

Requirements :

Has master’s degree in Human Service field required (e.g. Social Work, Counseling, LCMHC or LCSW) and will be able to join the private insurance panels. Cognitive behavior therapy skills are required for this position.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Licensure / certification / registration in NC

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Familiarity with EMR programs

Confidence to work independently

Willingness to take over existing patients as well as take on new patients
