CLINICAL THERAPIST
Certus Psychiatry is a leading mental health practice, with tremendous growth and a passion to better serve our patients and providers. We are seeking a compassionate and positive Mental Health Therapist LCSW or LCMHC to provide therapeutic support for patients with mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues.
The Therapist will work collaboratively with our psychiatrist and other practitioners in outpatient settings, providing plans for therapeutic interventions and appropriate follow up care, implementing treatment plans, and coordination of the treatment process with appropriate team members.
This position is full time (40hs / week) and a hybrid TeleHealth / In office
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Recommending treatment plan and following treatment outcomes.
- Active participation in case conferences and related team based meetings
- Working with the clinical staff towards the integration of patient health with behavioral health
- Providing client education on behavioral health issues and strategies for recovery
