As a Senior Applied Scientist on our Retail Trading Team, you will lead the charge in pricing experimentation and significantly influence our pricing strategy. Your responsibilities will include :

• Acting as a strategic partner and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to shape pricing vision and priorities.
• Designing and developing comprehensive pricing models and evaluation frameworks to identify optimal strategies.
• Creating causal models to assess the impact of fee changes through experiments and observational data.
• Initiating and maintaining data pipelines and models with an emphasis on quality and precision.
• Synthesizing findings and presenting clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position ranges from $180,370 to $212,200 USD, and includes eligibility for bonuses, equity, and benefits (such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
