Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Medical Laboratory Associate Scientist for contract-to-hire (temp-to-permanent, ~6 month conversion) position with the R&D department at a biotechnology company in St. Louis, MO. We're seeking a qualified Associate Scientist to join our team and contribute to advancing R&D and clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform laboratory tests for Research Use Only ("RUO") / Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments ("CLIA") high complexity testing.
• Conduct QA / QC on test results and analyses.
• Maintain reagents and supplies inventory.
• Assist in the development of biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases.
• Accurately record and report results in paper or electronic formats.
• Develop and revise SOPs, ensuring compliance with safety policies.
• Support project scientists and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
