Job descriptionB.S. in technical science, B.S. in Chemistry preferred. Medical Laboratory Technician with at least 2 years' experience. Medical Technologist Chemistry lab experience using a variety of analytical techniques and instrumentation. Excellent listening and communication skills, self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills; and strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be customer service oriented. LC-MS experience preferred, particularly operating Shimadzu and Sciex platforms. Previous experience in urine toxicology considered a plus. Candidate must retain confidentiality and all reasonable precautions to keep clients data and other information confidential. Valid Drivers License Must be able to legally work in the United States. Able to lift / carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend at the waist, squat. Ability to work with hands, see and hear. Contingent upon a favorable background check. Contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening. Must maintain a valid drivers license.

Coordinated Care Health Solutions, LLC, is a specialized laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment designed to meet the needs of patient healthcare and compliance with medication management. Routine blood and urine testing provides documentation to evaluate both physical health and compliance with a prescribed drug regimen. We are a dynamic and growing laboratory and offer a superb culture in which to work.
The LC / MS Technician will be responsible processingand analyzing toxicology samples to provide information on compounds or quantities of compounds present using LC-MS / MS.
Full time day position- Tuesday-Saturday 8am to 5pm
Essential Job Duties Include :
- Prepare and analyze urine or other biological samples to determine the amount of drug metabolites present in samples.
- Responsible for operating, troubleshooting, sample preparation and data analysis.
- Prepare chemical solutions for use in processing samples, following standardized formulas or experimental procedures.
- Use various analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Documents results of tests and analyses in an organized and timely manner.
- Interpret data and communicate results with clinic staff.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of laboratory quality control and assurance procedures in compliance with CLIA regulations.
- Responsible for testing, calibrating, and performing quality control tests on lab equipment.
- Promotes a positive and safe work environment through understanding of safety (OSHA) regulations, practices, and procedures, including but not limited to biological and chemical hazards.
- Follows all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.
- Works with laboratory information management system (LIMS).
- Reports directly to the laboratory manager.
- Willing to meet on-call obligations as needed.
