Minimum 1+ years counselor experience required.

Licensure : LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) required.

Position : Full-Time Mental Health Professional

Hours : 35 hours per week

pensation : $35 - $45 per hour, based on experience

We are searching for a passionate and skilled mental health professional ready to make a difference in the lives of young students. We need someone to join our elementaryteam near St. Charles,Missouri. We need some to help support students through challenges and teach positive techniques and behavior to create a nurturing and fun enviroment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Crisis Management & Intervention : Provide immediate support during crises, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Safety Plans & Support : Develop individualized safety plans tailored to student needs, fostering a culture of well-being.
• Small Group Counseling : Lead small groups focusing on social-emotional skills, helping students thrive in school and beyond.
