Job Description :

Clinical Nurse- Dermatology Outpatient Office Practice

Exciting Opportunity at MSK : Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our Dermatology Office Practice.

Role Overview :

• Work within Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model caring for Dermatology Oncology patients.
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of Dermatology patients.
• Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and telephone triage and offer patient / family education.
• Assist with Dermatology and Mohs procedures.
• Perform outpatient assessment and offer patient education.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure efficient care throughout the healthcare continuum
• Join in an individualized training / orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.
