Essential Functions
Patient Preparation : Get patients ready for exams and treatments by gathering important assessment data, both objective and subjective, to ensure smooth and efficient care.
Team Collaboration : Be an active and valued member of the interdisciplinary care team, contributing insights and input to care decisions.
Direct Patient Care : Provide hands-on care, including administering medications and immunizations, performing venipuncture, conducting health screenings, taking vital signs, running tests, and assisting with other patient care activities.
Accurate Documentation : Record all patient care activities while adhering to regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and high standards.
Patient Communication : Share test results and other information with patients, as directed by the primary care practitioner, ensuring clarity and compassion.
Care Coordination : Assist patients with referrals and coordinate their care with other providers to ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
Clinical Maintenance : Keep clinical supplies and equipment organized, stocked, and ready for use.
Problem Solving : Address routine questions and issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns to appropriate team members when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience :
Level I - Associate's degree or equivalent in a technical or scientific field relevant to nursing.
Level II- Associate's degree or equivalent in a technical or scientific field relevant to nursing and
2 years of experience relevant to nursing.
Substitutions allowed for Experience :
When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
Minimum Skills, License, and Certifications
