  • Ensure training resources remain current with system enhancements, configuration changes, regulatory expectations, and approved clinical workflows.
  • Serve as a PointClickCare subject matter expert and resource for clinical and operational teams, helping users understand proper system use and workflow expectations.
  • Gather feedback from community staff and leaders regarding system usability, training effectiveness, workflow barriers, and adoption challenges.
  • Monitor system utilization, adoption trends, support themes, and training feedback to identify opportunities for additional education, workflow improvement, or system optimization.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to help ensure PCC workflows support regulatory requirements, documentation standards, survey readiness, and organizational policies.
  • Support organizational change management efforts by promoting adoption of new workflows, technology enhancements, system best practices, and standardized processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations, process improvements, vendor communications, and clinical technology initiatives involving PCC or related systems.
  • Participate in development of community readiness plans, implementation lessons learned, and ongoing clinical systems education programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, health information technology, education, clinical informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience in clinical systems training, healthcare technology, EHR implementation, nursing operations, senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare technology role required.
  • Experience developing and delivering training to diverse audiences in virtual and in-person formats required.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical, operational, and technical audiences required.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess system-related questions, identify root causes, and determine whether the issue is related to training, workflow, configuration, or technical support required.
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, communities, and initiatives simultaneously required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards, documentation expectations, privacy requirements, and compliance considerations required.
  • Hands-on experience with PointClickCare, including clinical workflows or modules, preferred.
  • Experience supporting PointClickCare implementations, conversions, module rollouts, or go-live events preferred.
  • Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, or long-term care preferred.
  • Clinical license or background, such as LPN, RN, or comparable clinical operations experience, preferred.
  • Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, eLearning development, or learning management systems preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, Teams, SharePoint, reporting tools, or knowledge management platforms preferred.
