Job descriptionMaster's degree and BSN required Active RN License State of Tennessee Minimum three (3) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Supervisor / Manager level or above in an Operating Room and / or ASC Minimum five (5) years of operating room / ASC nursing experience INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style

About the Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Surgery
The position will be an integral part of the leadership team, and will manage the daily operations of the department. You will also provide mentoring to your staff, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.
