DaVita is seeking a Clinical Manager / Coordinator, RN who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center! You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Do you desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way - the way you'd want your own care to be?
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements :
Current RN license and CPR certification
18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis
Charge RN readiness approval required
ADN required; BSN preferred
ICU, ER, or Med / Surg experience preferred
CNN / CDN certification a plus
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
