Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) is a premier medical practice in the Twin Cities specializing in the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of fertility, providing each patient "every conceivable chance for success."
We seek a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical leadership, operational oversight, and performance management of the Nursing and Ultrasound departments within our high-volume fertility clinic. This role ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, patient-centered reproductive healthcare while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards, clinic protocols, and physician-directed treatment plans.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, normal business hours, and is required to be onsite with an office at our Minneapolis clinic. Presence and travel to our St. Paul clinic also necessary.
Highlights of the position include:
- Develop and manage staffing schedules to support high patient volume, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
- Partner with Medical Director to review and update protocols, standing orders, consents, and clinical policies.
- Function as our electronic health record superuser.
- Oversee onboarding, training, competency validation, and continuing education for nursing and ultrasound staff.
- Serve as a clinical escalation resource for complex patient situations, staff concerns, and workflow challenges.
- Lead internal process for annual Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) required quality reporting, in conjunction with Medical Director, for accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience required, previous fertility experience a must
- Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role; demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams in a high-volume or fast-paced healthcare environment helpful
- Experience managing or collaborating with ultrasound/sonography teams
- Superuser experience with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems
