SUMMARY
The Clinical Risk Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing patient safety and improving the quality of care within the organization while limiting organizational risk. This individual is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating clinical risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, risk management, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, risk management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting, nursing or other healthcare related field.
- Demonstrated experience with PC and office programs including spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software.

70,000.00 - $95,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
