About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead and execute the customer delivery strategy across a significant number of healthcare clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical operations team leadership, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience, and strategic relationship management with key stakeholders, including physicians and industry partners. This role involves serving as a key liaison between various teams for launch planning and execution, as well as post-sales implementation. The VP will also be involved in business case development, value delivery communication, and negotiating customer contract renewals to ensure full customer retention. Candidates for the VP of Clinical Operations position at the company should have a passion for helping patients and a desire to work in a mission-driven environment. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in client services, sales, or strategy leadership roles in healthcare are required, with at least 5 years in people management. In-depth knowledge of the structural heart industry and experience in therapy development or leading structural heart program operations are strongly preferred. The role demands strengths in customer-facing interactions, relationship management, and sales, as well as the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate strategic messages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with diverse professionals to navigate complex situations and will be adept at critical thinking, data interpretation, and business case development.
