Job Description
Promises Behavioral Health has expanded to the DFW area. Located in Lewisville, this is the latest addition to the Promises family. We are a trusted addiction treatment center catering to adults and young adults; specializing in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for those experiencing substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders. Our promise to provide evidence-based care that works to find the source of the problem and address the underlying issues such as trauma and mental health concerns.
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Director to lead our dynamic clinical team!
The Clinical Director is primarily responsible for overseeing the clinical operation, program development, and direct supervision of clinical staff.
Essential Functions :
- Collaborates with the Executive Director / or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to enhance and provide education to the staff, clients and family members associated with the residential treatment program.
- Monitors all clinical records and programming to ensure they meet or exceed the Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission, and PBH standards.
- Develops, implements, and maintains program curriculum using evidence-based treatment and utilizing best practices with approval from the Executive Director / or Regional VP.
- Provides specialty services to our clients to enhance their treatment experience.
- Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports.
