Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to assist with planning, organizing, developing, and implementing education programs that align with our organization's mission and regulatory standards. This role focuses on supporting hospice, home health, palliative care, PACE, and administrative programs through training, educating, and maintaining compliance
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for data entry and maintenance of the Education systems and files
- Responsible to monitor TB screening / testing, Hepatitis B vaccination, and annual influenza vaccination forms and compliance rate.
- Responsible for developing and teaching educational sessions both for orientation and on-going education for employees.
- Provide training, staff competencies, and assist in onboarding process.
- Assist in coordination and planning of educational programming, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, handouts, resources, and presenting on topics.
- Works with program managers to identify appropriate participant / patient and caregiver education materials.
Pay : Starting at $35 / hr.+ based one experience
Full-time : Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
