Earn $65,000+ / year.
Position Details :
This position is responsible for overseeing the child and adolescent outpatient therapy department.
Staff clinical supervision
- Conducts clinical supervision, a minimum of one individual and group session each month. Documents per policy / regulation.
- Assigns caseloads to staff and may carry a small caseload
- Follows up on staff clinical case needs to enhance retention.
- Partners with operational leadership to manage individual performance, discipline and terminations.
