Primary Responsibilities :
- Centralized scheduling, making appointment, outreach to patients
- Greets patients as they arrive and manages 15-minute wait time
- Assists patient with intake processes including copying required documents
- Collects co - payments, co - insurance and deductibles and issues receipts
- Processes walk - in patients and visitors
- Answers phones and schedules appointments
- Receive referrals for provider / specialist
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Schedule appointments with specialist
- Communicate with patients and providers regarding referral status

The salary range for this role is $ 16.88 to $ 33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
