Nexus Family Healing is actively hiring a Clinical Supervisor for the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC) in Rochester, MN! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about mission-driven work while aligning communities and regional partners to provide the right kind of care for individuals experiencing mental health crises across southeast Minnesota.

This is a great opportunity for a therapist to transition into a supervisory role!

Pay, location, schedule :

• $80,000-86,000 yearly salary
• On-site in Rochester, MN 4 days a week, work one day a week remote!
• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday flexible day schedule

Position Summary : The Clinical Supervisor oversees, leads, and develops staff and manages daily operations within the service area, through effective leadership, communication, organization, and planning. This role is responsible for collaboratively meeting budgeted census projections while providing leadership to the Clinical team.

Primary responsibilities

Develop and manage policies and procedures to ensure effective client care. Foster a positive, trauma-informed culture and guide staff in daily decision-making and problem-solving.

Use data to assess service trends, risks, and outcomes. Oversee clinical processes and team performance, and support staff training and development.

Lead client evaluations, treatment planning, and ensure compliance with licensing standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Hire, train, and mentor staff. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. Support professional growth and uphold Nexus values.

Ensure confidentiality, promote respectful communication, and monitor health and safety standards. Encourage diversity and inclusion across the team.
