Join Our Team as a Clinical Therapist at Turning Point Recovery Center OUR MISSION :
At Turning Point Recovery Center, we are dedicated to helping those struggling with addiction. As New Mexico’s leader in safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment, we are committed to providing patient-centered care that fosters long-term recovery. Our team works collaboratively with clients to support them every step of the way.
POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to provide individual and group therapy services as part of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) . This role is critical in guiding clients through their recovery journey, ensuring treatment plans align with their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical dependency treatment and a passion for making a meaningful impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating family interventions as needed.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Turning Point policies.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary.
- Facilitate discharge planning, connecting clients to continued care and support services.
