Shift(s) available : day shift, night shift, and mid shift Job types available : full time, part time, and per diem Employer features : 401(K), Community hospital, Cross training, Magnet recognized, Medical, PTO, Teaching Hospital, U.S. News best hospital Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Prior experience in a clinical research setting preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to study participants, research staff, and stakeholders Responsibilities : Coordinate and manage patient care in line with protocol requirements, working closely with Principal Investigators and other healthcare professionals Screen potential study participants and obtain informed consent prior to enrollment in research studies Administer study treatments, collect biological samples, and monitor participants throughout the study Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including case report forms, medication logs, and adverse event report Collaborate with the research team to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations, and to prepare for audits and inspections Benefits : Healthcare coverage : Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Paid Time Off Tuition Assistance Salary : $70,920 to $117,990 / year
