Clinical Research Data Manager (100% Remote, 12-Month Contract)

Are you an experienced Clinical Research Data Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to support cutting-edge medical device clinical trials Join our team and play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, regulatory-compliant data management that drives medical innovation.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead data management activities for multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ISO 14155 .
  • Develop and maintain study-specific documents (DMPs, DVPs, CCGs, CRFs) and build clinical trial databases .
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Study Monitors, and Statisticians to optimize data strategy and execution.
  • Utilize Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms, including Veeva CDMS or RedCap , to build and validate databases.
  • Design Custom Functions using C# and develop dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools .
  • Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficiency in clinical trials.
  • What You Bring :

    Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field) OR 6+ years of clinical data management experience in Pharmaceuticals / Biotech / Medical Devices .

  • Hands-on experience with EDC systems , including database building, validation, and decommissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research operations , regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws .
  • Technical proficiency in database management, programming languages (C#, Java, XML), and clinical data tools .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects , drive collaboration, and implement process improvements.
  • Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

  • Experience with Veeva CDMS, RedCap, or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), GDP, and CAPA processes .
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
