We are growing and looking for Certified Medical Assistants for the Clinical Support Team in our Moline and Davenport Offices!!

Job Summary :
Responsibilities for this position include working collaboratively with nurses and medical assistants to manage physician practices, coordinating physician schedules, scheduling tests / procedures for patients, managing incoming / outgoing phone calls, and processing medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient assistant program requests.
This position will also be responsible for learning, and utilizing the electronic medical records system for effective documentation in patient charts, assessing and preparing any incoming mail for the physician's review, completing incoming FMLA and disability forms promptly, and other duties as assigned.
Eligible candidates must have Medical Assistant experience with active NCMA, CMA (AAMA), RMA, or CCMA credentials. Candidates must also have exceptional communication, organizational, multi-tasking and teamwork skills!
