We are looking for a passionate, highly-capable audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our team in Memphis, TN !

You Will :

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager / Director to oversee financial management of office
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol.
  • An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
  • You will need : For Audiologists

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state in which you're applying OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
  • For  Hearing Instrument Specialists

  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
  • High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
  • Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Compensation :

  • Job type : Full time, on site, M-TH business hours, F half day!
  • Pay : $60,000-$130,000 per year (including bonuses and commission)
